First Pages and Show Titles

The first page of the script is a little different than the others. Nothing spectacular, just the following:

• Don't put a Header on the first page.
• The Title of the script is the first element, enclosed in quotation marks, 1" from the top of the page.
• The first line (usually FADE IN: or ACT I) is 1" below the Title.

Some people prefer to make the title uppercase. That one's up to you.

So, the top of a first page for a film script would look like this:
